LLC «OOS «CERTATOM»

LLC «OOS «CERTATOM» performs work on assessing the conformity of products and quality management systems at Ukrainian enterprises by:

- specialists of the management office (Kyiv);

- specialists, representatives in the regions of Ukraine: in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Sumy, Nikopol, Sambir (Lviv region), Zaporizhia

- specialized branch in Kharkiv – the Technical center of qualification and an assessment of a service life (ETC KORO).

As a product conformity assessment body, "СERTATOM" was established in 1997. on the basis of the "State Center for Regulation of Quality of Supplies and Services" to carry out, within the framework of current legislation, work on mandatory certification of equipment for nuclear power facilities (NPPs). "Certified Certification Body "CERTATOM" has been accredited and registered in the national UkrSEPRO System since 1997 as a certification body for products and quality systems (registration number UA.PN.078).

With changes in the legislation in the field of nuclear energy use to exclude functions not inherent in the regulatory body for nuclear and radiation safety, in 2010 "СERTATOM" was separated into an independent legal entity - a limited liability company "Conformity Assessment Body "СERTATOM". The trademark and trade mark "CERTATOM" are registered in the State Department of Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

Since April 2011 "СERTATOM" carries out, in the voluntary system of conformity assessment "CERTATOM Register", an assessment of the conformity of products of Ukrainian enterprises in the forms and according to the procedures specified by the regulatory documents of SE "NAEK "Energoatom" (Ukraine).

"СERTATOM" was accredited (accreditation certificate No. 8O111) by the National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine as a Management Systems Certification Body in accordance with the requirements of DSTU EN ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 in the field of DSTU ISO 9001:2015. The accreditation is currently suspended.

Since 2020, «CERTATOM» has been performing the functions of the Technical Secretariat for standardization in the field of hydrogen energy TC 197 "Hydrogen technologies". Since 2021, «CERTATOM» resumed the functions of the Technical Secretariat for Standardization in the Field of Nuclear Energy - TC 197 SC 2 "Nuclear Energy and Radiation Protection" (former TC 79 "Atomic Energy").
