The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, by Resolution No. 452 dated 04/15/2025, approved the “Procedure for State Quality Assurance of Defense Goods, Works and Services”, which normalizes the Ukrainian system with the corresponding systems of NATO member states.

The Procedure establishes mutual quality assurance during the implementation of foreign economic contracts for the export-import of products based on NATO standards.

The scope of state quality assurance work includes assessing the compliance of the quality management system (QMS) of suppliers with NATO AQAP series standards.

The supplier may implement a QMS that complies with the provisions of DSTU EN 9100:2018 "Quality management systems. Requirements for organizations in the aviation, space and defense industries", as an alternative to the requirements of the QMS according to the NATO standard AQAP 2110 "NATO requirements for quality assurance in design, development and production".

LLC "CERTATOM" conducts training seminars on the implementation of the DSTU EN 9100:2018 standard at the enterprise.

The implementation of the DSTU EN 9100 standard should help Ukrainian manufacturers and suppliers, including manufacturers - suppliers of the second and third supply chains, to successfully integrate into supply chains with EU and NATO countries, and ensure that their products comply with the requirements established in NATO countries.

At the seminar, you will also receive instructions on the application of AQAP 2110 requirements, if the Supplier has implemented and complies with the provisions of DSTU EN 9100.
