The Ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine according to the current legislation assigned LLC «CERTATOM» as a conformity assessment body of production to requirements of technical regulations (The order No. 120 of 13.02.2015):

1. Technical regulations of packing sets for storage and burial of radioactive waste (approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 18.07.2007 No. 939).

2. Technical regulations of the closed sources of ionizing radiation (approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 05.12.2007 No. 1382).

3. Technical regulations of safety of the equipment working under pressure (approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19.01.2011 No. 35).
